Whether you are a consultant working with families, an owner or member of a family enterprise, or just a motivated individual that wants to learn more about what is unfolding around you, Navigating Systems provides deep learning to understand relationship systems and become a more self defined individual. Our programs offer the opportunity to learn together with other system thinkers and stay connected to our very best selves at home and at work.

The challenge to understand emotional systems starts with your own family.
— The Faculty of Navigating Systems

A professional consultation or a leadership position is more than providing ideas – it is about one’s presence in relationships and increasing one’s ability to manage one’s self in the emotionality that is inherent in all families and groups.

Kathy Wiseman, Priscilla Friesen, and Andrea Schara guide family leaders and the professionals who serve them, to know the way relationships impact decisions and the emotional process that can mitigate the effective implementation of decisions. At the core, it is essential to manage reactivity in one’s self in relation to others, especially when others are not able to do the same.

Bowen Family Systems Theory is the theoretical basis for this personal and professional learning.
