the navigating systems summer connection
The Navigating Systems faculty will sponsor webinars for two hours to introduce people to the components of Navigating Systems. The central aspects of the learning process are:
Differentiation of self
The use of neurofeedback in the learning process
The research component called Observation of Change
How individual consultations function and the theoretical reasons for both peer learning and the individual's ability to work on one's self
The faculty invites people who have been in the course to describe both what challenged them and what interested them in learning Bowen theory, when applied to family enterprise, one's own family, and organizations.
Who Is This Webinar for?
Persons New to Systems Thinking
This course will act as an introduction to Bowen theory and systems thinking. Current and past students of Bowen theory will relate obstacles to thinking systems and the impacts such a paradigm shift can make.
Ongoing Learners of Bowen Theory
"If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it." - Yogi Bhajan
Navigating Systems is challenging each of us to think deeply about Bowen theory. Those who have been in the course for a few years will also do short presentations for the group.
The cost of registration is $900.
We are no longer accepting participants for the Summer Connection 2017. If you are interested for next year, please email us, and we will add you to a list of interested parties. In addition, if you are interested, we also have a one-day program for those curious to learn more about Navigating Systems.
